All of our staff are friendly, well trained and dedicated to ensuring we meet a client’s demands and expectations. We have a number of in house specialist contractors such as gas safety engineers and electrician’s to minimise a landlords cost as well as numerous multi trade operatives, painters and decorators, and cleaners who are all qualified and experienced in their relevant field.

We will start your rent even if a tenant has not yet moved in.

You will be allocated a property manager and property inspector who will be solely responsible for looking after you and your property.

Free property inspections
Our Maintenance team carryout a weekly Health and Safety check on every property complete any repairs on the day of inspection. Full Compliance Inspections are completed every 12 weeks by your dedicated property inspector. We like to keep our landlords updated so we will send you a video, giving you peace of mind that your property is in safe hands.
Flexible leases
We offer flexible Tailor made contracts of 1-10 years to suit your needs.
24/7 maintenance
We operate a 24/7 maintenance service which includes out of hours attendance for specialist contractors if needed.
No licence fees
We are exempt from most selective / HMO licence requirements.
No eviction costs
If a tenant needs to be evicted during the term we manage this process and cover the cost.
